Program Overview

The Master of Microfinance (MMF) at Grameen University is a two-year postgraduate program designed to develop highly skilled professionals and leaders in the field of microfinance, financial inclusion, and development finance. The program equips students with advanced knowledge, analytical skills, and practical competencies to design, implement, and manage microfinance programs, small-scale credit systems, and inclusive financial services that drive social and economic development.

  • Development Economics & Social Business: poverty alleviation strategies, social entrepreneurship, and sustainable development frameworks.
  • Research Methods & Data Analysis: quantitative and qualitative research, data interpretation, and reporting.
  • Internship / Field Attachment: practical exposure in microfinance institutions, NGOs, or development agencies.
  • Capstone Project / Thesis: independent research or applied project addressing a real-world microfinance challenge.
